[web2py] Errors throw by job running in the scheduler

Hi

I'm experimenting with the new scheduler.  I have a program that is 
running there but gets a FAILED result.  It would be nice if this 
created a web2py ticket I could then track down and fix, but it 
doesn't.  Any plans to add that, or do I have something setup wrong that 
is causing me not to see the ticket?
