There is now a locking functionality on checklist items... You can mark a checklist field as work in progress. If you click on the name of the field and it'll be marked as locked (green).
You can unlock it with a next click on the name of the field. If somebody else locked the field it is displayed in red. You can still obtain a lock by double click on the name of the field. It'll clear the other lock and will lock by you Legend Green row - Locked by you (Lock / Unlock by 1 click) Red row - Locked by other (Obtain the lock by double click)
