Looks like it's still at: git clone https://github.com/mdipierro/web2py.git
But I think eventually it's moving to: git clone https://github.com/web2py/web2py.git Personally, I wouldn't mess with github at this point. Pretty much all you need to know is hg clone, hg pull and hg update.
