Thanks Bruce, I just bought the ebook from Packt Publishing and downloaded the PDF format. I confirm that I can highlight text and write comments in the PDF file using PDF-XChange Viewer by Tracker Software. To me this is an important feature in order for an ebook to be more usable than a traditional printed book.
