[web2py] Is it a way to query data from GAE and then save to the upload feild as a sqlite databasefile file

Dear everyone

I have to query data from my datastore (GAE) and then save it to
another table in the same datastore in the upload field in  as a
sqlite database file for download.

Do anyone has an ideas, Thanks in advance.
