Just two questions regarding the book: - Are all the typos/erratas collected somewhere? I've seen a couple of posts of Johann Spies, but I would like to know if more has been detected.
- Is the web version of the book corrected as soon as those mistakes are detected, or is it exactly the same than the PDF?
