I figured out part of the problem. It's not win32con, it's win32file that's not importing. I'm disabling cron locally, and I posted a question on StackOverflow in case anyone wants to try and decipher this mystery (http://stackoverflow.com/questions/10256531/using-eclipse-with-pywin32).
