Yes, it is a bit scary, but on the other hand many businesses already use Gmail and Docs, so they have already handed over a lot of their stuff. I can't imagine Google handing a company's files over to that company's competitors, and in most cases that's probably the biggest concern. The other concern might be the taxman, but let's face it, the taxman could get everyone's online stuff anyway, if he really wants. BTW if the taxman is reading this, I already sent my filing to my accountant. Phew!
