[web2py] Web2py on EC2: site does not appear

Another issue O.O
 
Now that the whole script has installed, and I followed through with the 
rest of the commands

sudo -u www-data bash
cd /home/www-data/web2py
python -c "from gluon.main import save_password; save_password('hello',443)"

Accessed via the public DNS, but the site does not appear.

What did I do wrong?
