I had a similar problem. My solution was to hack models/plugin_wiki.py.
After these lines...
elif url.startswith('page:'):
url=URL('plugin_wiki','page',args=url[5:])
Add this:
elif url.startswith('site:'):
url=URL(YOUR_CONTROLLER_HERE,url[5:])
Then in menu I use 'site:' in addition to 'page:'.
Maybe you could do something similar. However, it would be nice if
something like this was built-in.
