My web2py site is running under apache by

on my PC (computer name: ochiba-183)It works fine when I access my test site http://ochiba-183 with google chrome but shows "Bad Request" when I open with IE. (See attached). Is something changed ? It was fine when I tested with the old version ("Version 2.00.0 (2012-06-09 17:47:02) dev") --
