I am pretty sure this is resolved. /Applicatoins is not in web2py. That must be a folder in your system. I am pretty sure you downloaded web2py in the wrong place and are you still trying to run the one posted yesterday. This issue has been fixed since 2012-08-31 00:31:48 EST.
