[web2py] web2py 2.0.6 is out.

Same goodies as 2.0.1... but many bug fixes (all those reported and non 
pre-existing).
In particular it fixes a serious problem with 2.0.1-2.0.5 which may cause 
file corruption when you "update all languages" from the admin interface.
