Thanks, Alan! At first I was planning on using Microsoft Translate API but they are not currently accepting payments from residents of Russia. So I had to choose something different. Currently I'm using the unofficial Google Text to Speech API. If there are issues with the use of this unofficial API I may later have to switch to a different tts provider.
