Kalo html ya halaman html biasa itu. Kalo shtml itu halaman html yang
sebelum dikirim ke client di-parse dulu sama servernya kalo2 ada
perintah2 untuk server yang di-embed di halaman htmlnya itu (SSI =
server side include commands). Biasanya perintah2 untuk execute suatu
sytem command atau program cgi.
Syntaxnya begini: <!--#command command_argument="argument value" -->
Di antara dash terakhir di depan dan tanda #, tidak boleh ada space, di
antara "argument_value" dan tanda dash di belakang harus diberi space.
Command2nya adalah:
config sets the time, size, or error message format
echo inserts the values of SSI variables into web page
exec execute a system command or cgi program
flastmod inserts the date of the last time a file was modified
fsize inserts the size of a file
include inserts the content of html files
