| Hi, The crashing problem with iChat sounds like you have an older version of the component installed. I suggest removing the currently installed component and installing a new one. To get the actual version of the component (the Finder "Get Info" is not reliable!) you must "Show Contents" and then open the infp.plist file Remember: - run the macam application to verify that your camera works and that your USB connections are set up properly - then install the component.
