Web Hob will need to display generic (i.e. non-build specific) information
about recipes and layers. Things like SUMMARY, DESCRIPTION or HOMEPAGE for
recipes, and things like git repo, maintainer, etc for layers.

For recipes, the information is in the recipe files, so no problems there.
But for layers, I've been told this kind of information might not exist.
Luckily, for open embedded layers we have the Layer Index
(http://layers.openembedded.org/layerindex/), which has this information.
So my questions are:

* Can we identify layers used in a build which match a layer published in
the Layer Index?
* Can we pull the relevant information from the Layer Index and show it in
Web Hob?

Thanks!

Belen
