[WPE][GTK] Instrument WebMemorySampler on Linux

Reviewed by Michael Catanzaro.
Use WTFSetCounter() in conjunction to WebMemorySamplerLinux to proxy
the metrics to Sysprof. The WEBKIT_SAMPLE_MEMORY env var enables this.
