307174@main added Qualcomm decoder support for TextureMapper only,
skiaImage()
was left unimplemented so videos couldn't render.
EXT_YUV_target cannot be reproduced under Skia, Ganesh generates its own
fragment
program and only emits samplerExternalOES. Use its implicit YUV to RGB
conversion,
steered by EGL_YUV_COLOR_SPACE_HINT_EXT and EGL_SAMPLE_RANGE_HINT_EXT taken
from
the frame colorimetry, and fall back to an hint-free import if the driver
rejects
them.
