[JSC] Do not accumulate new token positions in parseMemberExpression for
SyntaxChecker

Parser::newMemberExpression accumulates the positions of NEW tokens in a Vector
held in
newTokenStartPositions. SyntaxChecker ignores these accumulated positions, so
when it is
the TreeBuilder, instead of a real Vector we can use a cheaper placeholder that
only
counts the tokens without accumulating them.
Covered by existing tests.
