Fix false style sharing seen in WPT test css/css-values/lh-unit-005.html

Fix an issue with overly aggressive style sharing by ensuring that
StyleLengthResolution's
equalForLengthResolution checks line-height unit related properties,
specifiedLineHeight
and the font metric line-spacing which can be used in fallback cases.
