[iOS] Stop telemetry collection for the 'hw.cpu64bit_capable' sysctl

Reviewed by Per Arne Vollan.
Telemetry shows that SQLite3 on iOS-based builds needs read access to the
'hw.cpu64bit_capable' sysctl. We can stop logging this.
