Source/WebKitLegacy:
Specify that WebKitLegacy links WebCore and PAL statically, since the correctness of the WEBCORE_EXPORT macro depends on that.
* PlatformWin.cmake:

Add WebCore namespace to function call.
* Plugins/PluginView.cpp:
(WebCore::PluginView::getValueForURL):
