* wtf/spi/cocoa/NSObjCRuntimeSPI.h:
- Fix internal Catalina builds by including
NSObjCRuntime_Private.h, but falling through to define
NS_DIRECT and NS_DIRECT_MEMBERS if they weren't defined in the
private header.
