[GStreamer] Rebrand colorspace handling to common facilities

We had some basic GstVideoInfo -> PlatformVideoColorSpace conversion in
VideoTrackPrivateGStreamer.
This now lives in GStreamerCommon along with a GstCaps ->
PlatformVideoColorSpace and
PlatformVideoColorSpace -> GstCaps utilities. Those will be useful to improve
the
VideoFrameGStreamer implementation for the WebCodecs backend.
