[IFC][Text combine] Add support for combined text hittest

Reviewed by Antti Koivisto.
The "original" text for combined content is the "object replacement" character,
while the "rendered" text is the actual combined content.
Selection (and marked text painting) needs the full content length set in
TextBoxSelectableRange::additionalLengthAtEnd.
