DumpRenderTree: dumpChildFramesAsText inconsistent with WTR

Reviewed by Darin Adler and David Kilzer.
DumpRenderTree needs dumpAsText as well in order for
dumpChildFramesAsText to work, whereas WTR doesn't.
Fix this inconsistency in DRT.
