[macOS, iOS] Sandbox: Adopt new MobileAsset endpoints

Reviewed by Per Arne Vollan.
Update the sandbox and entitlements for the Network Process to allow use of
updates
MobileAsset endpoints when present. No change in behavior, just support for
another
team refactoring code.
