Implement GraphicsLayerAsyncContentsDisplayDelegate for GraphicsLayerCARemote
https://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=249116

Relatively simple, it attempts to convert the ImageBuffer to a shareable bitmap
handle, and sends
that directly to the UI process main thread if so.
