flex-basis / flex-grow / flex-shrink computed values should be clamped, since
the specification indicates the values cannot be negative:

- https://w3c.github.io/csswg-drafts/css-flexbox/#flex-shrink-property

Update the Web-Platform-Tests accordingly.
