* Tools/Scripts/libraries/webkitbugspy/webkitbugspy/__init__.py: Ditto.
* Tools/Scripts/libraries/webkitbugspy/webkitbugspy/github.py:
(Tracker.populate): Extract milestone from GitHub response.
* Tools/Scripts/libraries/webkitbugspy/webkitbugspy/issue.py:
(Issue.__init__): Add _milestone member variable.
(Issue.milestone): Populate _milestone, if not already done. Treat empty
milestone as None.
* Tools/Scripts/libraries/webkitbugspy/webkitbugspy/mocks/data.py: Add
milestones.
* Tools/Scripts/libraries/webkitbugspy/webkitbugspy/mocks/github.py:
(GitHub._issue): Include milestone in response.
(GitHub._create): Ditto.
