[IFC] LineBoxBuilder::enclosingAscentDescentWithFallbackFonts should take
text-edge into account

LineBoxBuilder::setLayoutBoundsForInlineBox is based on the text-edge, and the
follow-up adjustment
with fallback fonts should do the same.
