* Tools/CISupport/ews-build/steps.py:
(DetermineLandedIdentifier): Filter 'git log' command to only include
identifier.
(DetermineLandedIdentifier.run): Handle case where a line is empty or return
code non-zero.
(DetermineLandedIdentifier.hideStepIf): Deleted.
