Regression: svg/text/modify-text-node-in-tspan.html is flaky crashing
https://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=253990
Unreviewed, partial revert of 261586@main and full revert of follow-up in
261634@main since it introduced the flaky crashes.
