[WPE] Unreviewed build fix after d418e6f5caaf
* Source/WebCore/platform/graphics/cairo/CairoUtilities.cpp:
(WebCore::getDefaultCairoFontOptions): Re-add function, guarded by
!PLATFORM(GTK), because there is a separate implementation in
GdkCairoUtilities.cpp used by the GTK port.
