run-webkit-tests a/b shouldn't run platform/mac/a/b

If you want the prior behaviour, you must run
`run-webkit-tests a/b 'platform/*/a/b'`.
* Tools/Scripts/webkitpy/layout_tests/controllers/layout_test_finder_legacy.py:
(LayoutTestFinder.find_tests_by_path): Remove _expanded_paths.
(LayoutTestFinder._expanded_paths): Deleted.

Tools/Scripts/webkitpy/layout_tests/controllers/layout_test_finder_legacy_unittest.py:
(LayoutTestFinderTests.test_find_platform_specific): Renamed to
test_find_file_excludes_platform_specific.
(LayoutTestFinderTests.test_find_directory_includes_platform_specific): Renamed
to test_find_directory_excludes_platform_specific, changed expectation.
* Tools/Scripts/webkitpy/layout_tests/run_webkit_tests_integrationtest.py:
(RunTest.serial_test_platform_tests_are_not_found):
(RunTest.serial_test_platform_tests_are_found): Renamed to
serial_test_platform_tests_are_not_found, changed expectation.
