Fix whitespace-containing path in preprocess-sandbox-profile-rule.sh

Unreviewed build fix.
Copy the logic from Source/WebKitLegacy/scripts/migrate-header-rule,
which treats search path variables as shell-escaped string lists but
*not* BUILT_PRODUCTS_DIR.
