[IFC] InlineFormattingContext::computedIntrinsicWidthForConstraint should
pass in the initial line rect to LineBuilder::computedIntrinsicWidth

This is in preparation for removing the special
LineBuilder::computedIntrinsicWidth codepath.
It is essentially running the same inline content placement logic as
LineBuilder::layoutInlineContent
with the exception of returning less information to the caller about the final
line content.
