offlineasm: include the backend names in the input hash.

offlineasm/generate_offset_extractor.rb and
offlineasm/generate_settings_extractor.rb currently
does not include the backend names in the input hash. This can be problematic
if we ever switch
between building different backends after the offset and settings extractors
have been generated.
This patch fixes this by including the backend names in the input hash.
