[iOS] Reintroduce fast/text/data-detectors layout tests

Reviewed by Megan Gardner.
The platform/ios/ios/fast/text/data-detectors layout tests were skipped
in 174199@main, with the cited reason being they “timed out due to lack
of touch event support in the iOS simulator”. Since this is no longer the
case, we reintroduce these layout tests following some adjustment of the
expected results.
