the same thing

Do the same thing with a few other classes.
No change in behavior.

(WebCore::StyleRuleCSSStyleDeclaration::StyleRuleCSSStyleDeclaration):
(WebCore::StyleRuleCSSStyleDeclaration::ref): Deleted.
(WebCore::StyleRuleCSSStyleDeclaration::deref): Deleted.
