[GStreamer][MediaStream][Westeros] Enable 'immediate-output' on streaming
through westerossink

https://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=259357 removed the configuration of the
"immediate-output" property for westeros sink, but it's still needed for
mediastream content.
