Enable MediaPlayerPrivateWebM by default

Enable the MediaPlayerPrivateWebM by default, which will disable the
MediaFormatPlayer path.
This allows to play WebM file with supported codecs on iOS.
Already covered by existing tests, the MediaPlayerPrivateWebM was already
enabled on automation.
