Set ENABLE_MEDIA_SESSION, ENABLE_DOM_AUDIO_SESSION, HAVE_AVCONTENTKEYSESSION,
and
HAVE_AVCONTENTKEYREQUEST_PENDING_PROTECTION_STATUS to 1 on tvOS.
