REBASELINE: [ iOS17 ] 15 layout tests with constant text failures after
tester bring-up.

Reviewed by Aditya Keerthi.
Following our iOS 17 builders and testers bring-up in 268517@main, we noticed
that 15 layout tests were constantly failing. This PR re-baselines the failing
tests and down-levels existing baselines for iOS 16.
