[ mac-wk1 ] Unreviewed test gardening after 269246@main
Unreviewed test expectations adjustment.
The layout tests fast/events/cancel-mousedown-and-drag-to-frame.html and
fast/events/cancel-mousedown-and-drag-from-frame-to-other-frame.html
were always failing on mac-wk1, and was reflected as such in
269246@main, but this expectation seems to have gotten dropped for some
reason in ToT, so this commit reinstates said expectations.
