Rename layout-test-failure-analysis script.

Unreviewed file rename.
`layout-test-failure-analysis` is an ambiguous name associated with a script
that doesn't really do that. This commit renames the script to
`layout-test-worker-parser`, which is a more accurate description of its
functionality.
