RE-BASELINE: Failure in fast/replaced/replaced-breaking.html following Sonoma
bring-up.

Unreviewed test re-baseline.
Re-baselining fast/replaced/replaced-breaking.html, which is constantly failing
on wk1 following the bring-up of macOS Sonoma testers.
This PR also removes stale baselines and fixes https://webkit.org/b/152178 in
the process.
