Remove references to GTK+ and WebKitGTK+ from README

GTK+ was renamed to GTK in GTK 4, and we renamed WebKitGTK+ to WebKitGTK
correspondingly. Don't put punctuation in names. Just don't. Looking at
you, Pop!_OS.
