Unreviewed test gardening.
268540@main added a failure expectation for this test, which overrode the
DumpJSConsoleLogInStdErr
annotation in LayoutTests/TestExpectations for all
imported/w3c/web-platform-tests/content-security-policy
tests. Remove the failure expectation so that is honored again, and add the
annotation to the
pre-existing flaky expectation for mac-wk1 so we can see if the test is still
flaky.
